Filed a dispute with PayPal, promised ship date has since passed with no movement. No way to contact other than email, then wait 24-48 hours for automatic response. VERY FRUSTRATING!

I ordered A custom Lego heart shaped… I ordered A custom Lego heart shaped set! I loved the idea of the product and can’t give my full experience because I have yet to finish putting it together. Maybe next time you can include a picture of how it’s supposed to look with the product especially since the pieces vary in size and some of the legos are the same colors.

Replied back really quickly and could not have been nothing but helpful and quickly expedited my order for me. Amazing customer service ever! Will highly recommend!!!

Blanket is adorable, great quality image I uploaded a picture of my sisters dog, made the purchase, and poof: a couple weeks later the blanket was at my door. The quality of the image was perfect, just as shown in the pictures (but of our dog of course). One part the experience that could have been better was receiving a picture of what the blanket would look like when they were able to provide one.
