I purchased a picture off them I purchased a picture off them. They sent the wrong artwork. I emailed them to let them know, and they did offered to replace it. Once I received the replacement, it was also wrong and had an invoice for somebody in a completely different state in a different name. So now I have received two wrong photos that look nothing like what I ordered and they have not responded to me yet about the second order. I can understand messing up one, but then to do it a second time, it just shows major disorganization on their end.

The delivery from the shipper stalled for a few days and the seller was quick to follow up with me to see if it had or had not arrived. Over and above customer service was provided by the seller. Saw this piece of art on a different… Saw this piece of art on a different site but said where it came from, thankfully, as I fell in love with it! Took me a little while to commit to the purchase but I am glad I did! Very easy to order and they kept me updated on the shipping. It arrived when they said in perfect condition and more beautiful than on the website! Will be buying more!
