These are custom made blinds that arrived 2 weeks after my order was placed online. I noticed immediately how well they were made, as if stitched by a tailor. Custom made blinds The blinds I purchased are just as described. I ordered Glacier Gray, beautiful color that enhances the colors of our rug and the room. Recieved blinds sooner than predicted. We lost one of the valance clips and the company is replacing it at no cost to us. Great customer service! I will order from this company in the future and would highly recommend them.
