I love these magical portraits! I love these magical portraits! I ordered one for a granddaughter who loves unicorns. After seeing the "proof," l decided to order for 3 additional grandchildren. Each one is so unique and special and l know my kids will cherish them for a very long time. Terrible customer service We ordered 2 pictures fir our son for Christmas. Only one arrived, and the packing was horrible. I actually think the other picture fell out. I continually emailed customer service telling them that one never arrived. I was told over and over that I needed to be patient and wait a few days for the USPS tracking to update. Well, it’s been 2 weeks, and I’m still waiting. No response from my last several emails. I’m totally disappointed as this was pictures of both my sons boys for Christmas. I can’t just give him one! And I paid dearly for these pictures!!!! Customer service is terrible!!

Absolutely thrilled with our Unicorn… Absolutely thrilled with our Unicorn canvas. We bought it for our Granddaughters bedroom, but her Mum and Dad were so over the moon with it that it is now in pride of place in their lounge, they didn't want to hide it away in the bedroom. Whole experience was very smooth and canvas was well packaged when it arrived. Will definitely order again, just need our latest Granddaughter to be a bit older.

I ordered several portraits for Christmas I ordered several portraits for Christmas. Unfortunately one of them got damaged while under the tree. I contacted Fabulous Portrait to repurchase the canvas. The only thing they asked for was a photo of the damage and then they replied that they would replace it free of charge! Four days later I received a perfect replacement. This is a quality company and I will surely do business again.
