Jennifer W Jennifer W, my designer was amazing! She reached out several times after my initial consultation to get an understanding of my style and preferences. The attention to detail to make sure she designed for me, not a "style" really impressed me. Love her designs and the one I selected is turning out gorgeous! So excited about my new living room design, color, furniture, and artwork. I could not have selected all these pieces and colors myself. The only downside, and not a designer issue, is the recommended pieces. I am a shopper so of course, researched and found all the pieces recommended at a lower prices, therefore order the pieces outside of Modsy.

I don't recommend purchasing items… I don't recommend purchasing items through Modsy.com. I was very satisfied with the design of my living room but was over charged $500 for the items purchased and I'm still waiting for a backordered item. There is no response to emails, no easily available phone number, and no correspondence updating me on status of the backordered item. While they claim you have unlimited design changes, the link to the designer is disabled after a couple of months (so don't lag on decisions).

Our designer nailed it, and the tech is incredible Our designer Shemiah completely brought my vision to life. As a first time customer, I was actually shocked and SO pleased. Even my husband was WOWed! In addition to the design, the technology is incredible. Really cool how the tech captured our room, and the 360 degree feature is awesome. Can’t wait to purchase all of the products.

New to Modsy I needed help with complete redecorating. I was nervous putting out the money on line. BEST DECISION EVER. I'm sorry I waited so long. My designer Hayley K FABULOUS! I am working on 2 rooms. Living room n family room. Easy to follow her suggestions and super easy to make revisions. Thank you Hayley K and Modsy. Don't be afraid to use Modsy💕💕

Such a helpful experience! Katie, my designer has been awesome - so talented and so responsive. I appreciate Katie so much. I had zero vision for this room and after working with Katie I feel so good about decorating the room. The ordering process has gone very smoothly with really good communication so far. This has been a great experience!
