Amazing product and customer service. Our DecoTv frame is so gorgeous. When I bought the Samsung Frame TV it was missing the warm, vintage feeling I was looking for. I love the warm silver frame, and it was beyond easy to install. Best however was the customer service. I forgot to apply the discount code for a sale and email customer service to cancel my order so I could rebuy. Not only did they respond promptly but they applied the discount to my purchase for me. Very happy, wish I had more TVs so I could order more of these frames.

Integrates technology superbly! Highly recommended! DecoTV Frames offers the perfect number of choices for frames that fit on Samsung's "The Frame" television. The selection process is smooth because there are not too many to choose from. We ordered samples before placing an order and the folks at Deco TV Frames were very quick and easy to work with. As to the frame, the assembly is bar none very very simple. The magnets plus alignment pegs make it superbly easy to assemble. Attaching to the frame was also carefully thought out as it is a smooth interaction. The Warm Silver frame we chose enhances our living room to a level of class and elegance that is just not possible without it — even Samsung's own frame are not this classy. Adding this one makes us feel like we're enjoying entertainment in some distant future because the screen is expertly integrated into the rest of the living room decor. Would highly recommend this, even to buyers who are not apt to plop down a considerable amount of money for The Frame television set. You know why you want The Frame, so why not integrate it into your living space the right way.

Depth Extenders I originally filed this review as very negative given the gap left between the frame and the wall. However, I just found the side extenders search the help.framemytv.com for "Are Deeper Sides Available". With this information I now change my view completely. Prior review notes: There remains a 2-3 centimeter gap between the end of the frame to the wall. So from the side one can see the black of the Frame TV itself. Actual picture frames can be quite deep and I would have bought one of these frames if it completely covered the Frame TV's depth.

Beautiful addition to the room. Outstanding product. Quality was above anything that I was expecting. Putting the frame together took less then “5” minutes. Removing items from the shipping box took longer. Arrived fast all the way to Arizona. Definitely think I made a great purchase.
