Wonderful Experience. Exceptional Quality. Not only did I have a wonderful experience with Ownkoti, I LOVE, LOVE LOVE the full size quits I ordered and received within 10 days of placing the order. This is the second time I have ordered from Ownkoti. My quilts are exceptionally crafted and absolutely beautiful. Worth every penny. And will absolutely order again.

I love my blanket I love my blanket. It is soft, warm, reversible and an absolutely gorgeous design. I also love the colours.

I ordered pajamas and used their sizing… I ordered pajamas and used their sizing chart and they are too small. I asked to exchange them and they said I need to send them back to china at my own expense even though the return address on the package is in the US. They offered me a 15% discount on a new order. Are you joking? Misrepresenting where you are located should be unlawful. Live and learn.

Very Poor Customer Service The quilt I ordered is beautiful but much too small for a queen-size bed. When I emailed them that I would like to exchange it for a king-size, they implied it was not their fault and I should have checked the dimensions. It says "queen". And shipping back to China would be expensive, and would I just order a king at 15% off. Very poor customer service. Shady at best.

Thank You Reviewers I am so thankful for the reviews here. I have been looking at their website for a while now, but was hesitant to spend that much without seeing the items. I've been burned once before, hence my indecision. I started to become skeptical when I couldn't find a FAQ, fabric information or country of origin. Thank you reviewers for your straightforward reviews. Oh, by the way, the only reason I gave any stars was because that was the only way I could write this. It sounds like a big buyers beware to me.
