GBGood products but really bad customer service One of the items I had ordered was in back order, and the person that called to reschedule my delivery allowed to pick a different item with a price difference. I was told I would be getting a refund. It’s been over a month now, I’ve email bel furniture, I’ve tried contact there accounting department, and delivery department. Can’t get a hold of them.

GBGreatly disappointed "I called the Webster store to verify if a specific bedroom set was in stock. Logan confirmed that it was available. I then went online to purchase the set and requested delivery on my mom's birthday. However, the distribution center called me and informed me that they only had the king size available and not the queen. As a result, I requested that the order be canceled."

GBWas given two delivery dates and… Was given two delivery dates and furniture didn't arrive on either dates that were given. No updates in the system or curiosity call from a customer service representative. We had to call and follow up on the status of our order and still don't know when it will arrive. Very disappointed with the service we have received thus far.

GBI felt like I was totally taken care… I felt like I was totally taken care of, start to delivery. Sales rep. Demetrius is very knowledgeable on Bel's product line. I didn't feel pressured, and I left confident that I made the correct furniture selection. Thanks Demetrius and Bel for making buying furniture an enjoyable event.
