GBI always find what I’m looking for and… I always find what I’m looking for and once order is placed online I receive a email and a phone call letting me know when I can pick up my merchandise at the warehouse. Fast and convenient.

GBCustomer service sucks Customer service sucks. They can NEVER reach their drivers. Customer service for Delivery sends each call to voicemail. After 5 it's a busy signal. They Don't notify you if the delivery has been cancelled. They have you waiting even after setting a time. My last delivery was between 2-5 they showed up at 7:30 pm on a Friday

GBWas given two delivery dates and… Was given two delivery dates and furniture didn't arrive on either dates that were given. No updates in the system or curiosity call from a customer service representative. We had to call and follow up on the status of our order and still don't know when it will arrive. Very disappointed with the service we have received thus far.

GBno quality control All the chair was assemble already, the one who sent it for delivery should have check if there was no problem with the chair. All the 6 chairs that they deliver was not level. They should have noticed it before delivery.

GBGreatly disappointed "I called the Webster store to verify if a specific bedroom set was in stock. Logan confirmed that it was available. I then went online to purchase the set and requested delivery on my mom's birthday. However, the distribution center called me and informed me that they only had the king size available and not the queen. As a result, I requested that the order be canceled."
