The story of Bel Furniture is one of hard work, determination, integrity and, most importantly, family. Run by two brothers, our company has always sought to deliver the highest quality furniture at the most reasonable price. And our dedication to this mission has paid off — Bel Furniture has become a household name, one that speaks for itself. How is Bel able to offer such great prices? We cut out the middleman. This enables us to pass benefits directly on to our customers, something Bel has strived for from the beginning. And with a customer base that grows by 5,000 each month, these benefits must make the difference. Though its beginnings were humble, Bel Furniture has evolved into one of the foremost furniture retailers in Texas. The company now boasts 20 locations with 3 distributions centers throughout Houston, Corpus Christi and San Antonio. We have a goal of reaching 25 showrooms in Texas over the next two years, and we’re poised to extend our business into adjacent states as well. Bel is also pleased to offer two exclusive lines, the Mollai Collection and the Sara Collection, designed by the owners themselves. But the company’s 400 employees are the real driving force behind Bel’s success. Each member of the Bel Furniture team is valued, respected and trained extensively. I always find what I’m looking for and… I always find what I’m looking for and once order is placed online I receive a email and a phone call letting me know when I can pick up my merchandise at the warehouse. Fast and convenient.

Customer service sucks Customer service sucks. They can NEVER reach their drivers. Customer service for Delivery sends each call to voicemail. After 5 it's a busy signal. They Don't notify you if the delivery has been cancelled. They have you waiting even after setting a time. My last delivery was between 2-5 they showed up at 7:30 pm on a Friday

Was given two delivery dates and… Was given two delivery dates and furniture didn't arrive on either dates that were given. No updates in the system or curiosity call from a customer service representative. We had to call and follow up on the status of our order and still don't know when it will arrive. Very disappointed with the service we have received thus far.

no quality control All the chair was assemble already, the one who sent it for delivery should have check if there was no problem with the chair. All the 6 chairs that they deliver was not level. They should have noticed it before delivery.

Greatly disappointed "I called the Webster store to verify if a specific bedroom set was in stock. Logan confirmed that it was available. I then went online to purchase the set and requested delivery on my mom's birthday. However, the distribution center called me and informed me that they only had the king size available and not the queen. As a result, I requested that the order be canceled."
