Exceptional customer service and shipping process was accurate, easy, and right on time! We purchased a new grill (Mother's Day gift for me) and one of the accessories was a 14" pizza tray, specifically made for the grill. We looked at many different sites and Fire Pits USA was the only one to have it stocked, best overall pricing, and their customer service was expectional. They hunt you down!! They hunt you down!!! I visited their site on a Sunday… didn’t provide any info. They used my IP to backtrace my email and mobile. Then called me to push me to buy… TWICE! CRAZY!! 2 text messages, 2 calls, 3 emails. They are harassers!

Stopped drafts at the right price I ordered two tempered glass inserts for my gas fireplaces, which were previously covered only by a metal mesh insert. The addition of the glass inserts has stopped the cold air draft from the fireplaces in my home. The price, service and delivery from Fire Pits USA were excellent!

Touchstone - The Sideline Recessessed Electric Fireplace This product is exactly what it claimed to be, realistic looking along with giving off a nice amount of heat. The shipping was fast and well packaged. Installation was easy with good instructions. The price was also lower than other sellers. Would definitely recommend this company.

searched the web for the Napolean wheel… searched the web for the Napolean wheel upgrade...very limited availability, very long lead times when availability existed, and shipping quite expensive! an agent @ Fire Pit reached out by phone to me to follow up.she assured me they had the item in stock and could immediately ship FREE! GREAT personal customer service and follow up.
