Not Received I had to follow up 3 weeks after I made the purchase, it had not been sent. Then I received word it was coming to me after I followed up. Yesterday I received a notification it was delivered. I checked and it’s not here. I have other packages delivering fine. I emailed the company and haven’t heard back.

Purchased and paid for an item on… Update: I emailed them and they responded right away. And less than a week they arrived. The best part is I absolutely love them. Great quality and totally worth the price. I will order from Northshire again soon. Guess a little glitch on the back end. But great customer service! Original story: Purchased and paid for an item on December 22,2023 and never got anything from them - no confirmation email - nothing. But was charged for the item. Just sent an email waiting for a response.
