I called the company directly and spoke with Kevin. Somehow, he was able to expedite the order and it arrived at my home before Christmas! The gas logs work perfectly and look beautiful. I purchased the Napoleon electric logs I purchased the Napoleon electric logs. These logs far exceed my expectations. The logs are hand painted and look Shockingly realistic. The red glow and flames are also realistic. They are a little pricey, but worth it. I recommend them without reservations.
