No shipping label is provided and they only want to do a partial refund. Not planning on ever buying from here again.

GBShipping I ordered curtains on Dec 12, 2023. Seven days later the shipping status states "shipping information received". Customer Service replies and states "Due to the large number of packages received at the post office for Christmas, there were some delays in the shipment of packages." I am concerned the company is a shame and the curtains will never arrive or will take months.
