Their hats are made of cheap iron-on decals that make the hat look even cheaper. their Customer service is second rate at best they just ask the same question over and over. never have any real solutions. Just a crappy company

I never received verification despite my asking several times I never received verification despite 4-5 messages that the cap would be all cloth no plastic mesh. So I would say I worried till the hat arrived. The hat was perfect. It covered everything I asked for and the quality of materials and workmanship was 5 stars. I will definitely do business with Aeticon again. Thank you very much.

You will really enjoy the military style caps. Since I found the perfect site to purchase the military caps I have purchased almost 7 of them for my military friends. They really do like the style and the quality of the cap. Keep up the great products for the military community.

Where did it come from The item arrived well packaged and on time. We are very pleased with the quality of the finish. The only unsettling thing was the corporate structure. We thought we were buying from the USA with a California contact phone and a Midwest Corporate phone. It was delivered wrapped in Vietnamese shipping tape and posted from the United Kingdom.

But, I may suggest after receiving the order only because my mailman put in an extreme effort to retrieve it. I would hope that the company take it upon themselves to use a different delivery method. When a package doesn't get delivered, or mis delivered, the only thing the post office will do is give you a letter and hash it out with the vendor. It goes round and, round in circles especially when a company only deals in reviews and emails. Please provide a better way to communicate. Your products are lovely.
