Not Received lost or stolen received now due to becoming a detective lol Quality was wonderful. But, I may suggest after receiving the order only because my mailman put in an extreme effort to retrieve it. I would hope that the company take it upon themselves to use a different delivery method. When a package doesn't get delivered, or mis delivered, the only thing the post office will do is give you a letter and hash it out with the vendor. It goes round and, round in circles especially when a company only deals in reviews and emails. Please provide a better way to communicate. Your products are lovely. But the way to contact you could be improved. Phone number? Please.

I looked everywhere for Isaiah 53 I looked everywhere for Isaiah 53, the entire verse, to present to our son for the opening of a new church where he is the lead pastor. He memorized it as a boy & quoted it many times since. The chapter has special meaning for us, and Aeticon, LLC had a beautiful canvas framed in really beautiful wood that was even better than I hoped to find. It was the only place that had anything close & it is perfect!!! It arrived much sooner & in the most impressive packaging I’ve ever seen! I will order from them again, and highly recommend this incredible business!!

Buyer beware! The painting measurements were not listed in the order form and the company refused to exchange the painting received for the painting intended. The picture is misleading and there was no way to know what the specifications were. Communication takes a little bit to respond, but was timely. They did offer a 30% discount to order a new painting.

Excellent product! Excellent product, exceptional customer service! I ordered a custom baseball blanket for a little boy who was scheduled for surgery, so time was very important. The blanket took a few days longer than I had hoped to arrive, but it was absolutely beautiful! Aeticon Customer Service was in constant contact with me during this process. They were kind, caring a very professional. Good company, great product!

Great embroidery Great embroidery, fast enough on delivery, good solid product. It’s been 31 years since I got out of the Navy with my last duty being the now de-commissioned and largest & first nuclear powered cruiser in the USS Long Beach (CGN-9). Was based in San Diego, CA and enjoyed my time on the boat. Seeing the hats brought back a lot of fond memories, Thank You Aeticon, job well done!
