They’re satisfaction guarantee and return policy are lies…they state you can return it f not satisfied within 30days, the pillow sucked so badly that I tried to return it after 2 days…I emailed several times and no response. Don’t waste your time or money…the good reviews are fake!

Used it for a couple of weeks and feathers poking out and peaking neck and face. Reached out to Support and they refused to refund because of their 30 days return policy. And the want me to send items back at my costs. STAY AWAY!!!
