Excellent product but I am always… Excellent product but I am always concerned of ordering cloth because they only allow ONE FREE RETURN PER CUSTOMER.... NOT PER ORDER BUT PER CUSTOMER... so I dont order cloth for that reason, too bad because they have some very nice stuff

Great clothes, could use better customer service. The clothing I received is wonderful. I had it custom sized, and it fits perfectly. Well made, lovely fabric. Very happy with the product. Their customer service folk could use some more training on communicating politely with customers. The interactions I had were not timely, and rather rudely worded. Given the price of the clothing, it makes me hesitate to order again. However I am very happy with what I do own now.

Khaite Alternative Lilysilk packaging is awesome & detailed which makes your order so fun to open! I bought the sweater as a dupe to the Khaite sweater. The fabric is very soft & the fit is flattering & comfortable. It doesn’t trigger my eczema at all as it’s very soft with smooth fibers. I find the v-neck is not too low & I can wear it without a cami underneath. The loose fit is tailored by the rib hem & cuffs. I have both the grey & coffee color. I bought the grey for a friend & she also loves it. The weight/thickness is more on the light side but substantial. However, although it is opaque, I do wear a nude bra under the grey one. I do recommend this sweater 200%!
