GBGREAT SERVICE from Lindsay!@ Simply put, it was the absolutely delightful and terrifically efficient and most pleasant and professional Order Specialist, Lindsay Hickock who made it should a great experience. I did place and order but had to cancel it as I needed wider runners, but because of Lindsay's customer service, I will be back. I came across their website by accident, but I'm sure glad I found them. GBThe rug is beautiful and true to the… The rug is beautiful and true to the colors shown online. Worth waiting a few weeks for. Took away one star only because of the shipping method. The rug was shipped FedEx freight. There was one person, just the driver, and she couldn’t manage the 90 lb rug. Was left on my driveway Fortunately I was there and managed to roll it into my driveway.
