I've ordered several pieces by Hooker and Bernhardt and very happy with every piece we've received. Communication with Custome Service is also excellent.

GBThe delays with shipping and delivery… The delays with shipping and delivery are quite frustrating. You have a choice in who you contract with. It is unacceptable to be contracting with a delivery service that is over a week late, and that does not communicate with the purchaser at all.
