GBWhen I wrote a check for the down… When I wrote a check for the down payment I was NOT told the other half would be debited to the same account. I feel this is very poor communication on the part of the salesman. This is not how my previous experience went. I really had planned to write a check out of another account, and did not realize this was done until I was trying to reconcile my checking account!

GBMissed information Jamie was great, however I was not informed the window treatments did not open the slats unless the shade was totally lowered. The installer informed me.

I was impressed that the blinds were ready before the 3 weeks date that was given. John was the installer who was incredible. He was prompt on arriving and did a GREAT job putting the blinds up in an amazing short time.
