GBarchival white frame I found Annie of Custom Picture Frames to be very helpful. I thought I was ordering from another company by a similar name so I kept asking for a record of past orders and she politely looked and found no record of me. Once that was clarified I ended up placing an order but wanted an archival acid free mat. Later I ordered the mat separately and it came in good shape. Annie was very polite to me concerning the mix up.
