BEAUTIFUL sofa bed and great experience!!! My experience with Futonland has been fantastic. The Neptune sofa bed I purchased exceeded my expectations. Igor made the buying and delivery process effortless. I'm thrilled with my purchase and highly recommend Futonland to anyone in need of a quality sofa bed. Excellent Inventory! Futonland had great inventory, experienced and knowledgeable salesperson and quick turnaround time for delivery. The delivery guys were very efficient and set up my sofa/daybed in a relatively short time. Everyone from Futonland was helpful and respectful. I would definitely recommend this place!

High quality all the way. Great information, great product, great delivery. I visited the Manhattan Futonland location prior to ordering online and the staff were friendly and knowledgable, helped me figure out exactly what I needed and showed me how the system worked. I chose white glove delivery because it was so cost effective ($99 to not drive to Newark, not load my own stuff, not move it up two flights and not set it up? I'm in). The crew showed up when they said they would, set everything up well, showed me how to use the equipment and left the space clean. I have a 28" door to my office and have had lots of trouble finding a comfortable, durable couch that would fit through the door. I also wanted something that we could eventually use as a comfortable guest bed. I went with the Futonland package over alternatives for a bunch of reasons: the hardwood frames looked more durable than more modern modular alternatives, there were lots of options for mattress and cover and the full price with shipping was actually lower than the alternatives.

Damien answered all my questions Damien answered all my questions. My futon was set up where I asked and there was no mess left. Only issue I had was the scheduling of my delivery with Igor. He wasn't too flexible with my work schedule...or maybe he misunderstood, but it was a long phone to schedule and I was feeling frustrated. It eventually worked out.

Great customer service I brought a sofa futon and it is the best choice I made. It is firm and comfy. The sale rep I forgot his name. The older gentleman was very polite and helpful. He is knowledgeable about his inventory and help us compare futons and mattresses. When I needed time to think he gave me n my partner time to think it over. He didn't try to push a product on us. We felt very comfortable with our choice.
