After speaking with a few local… After speaking with a few local contractors, to include the team that painted the walls that weren't accented by the wallpaper, my wife nor I were completely comfortable. After a quick call with Ben, I was more comfortable with Shotcount Wallpaper Hangers and the overall process. The fact that he works via contracts and included a warranty made us even more comfortable. The gentleman dispatched to hang our wallpaper from Shotcount arrived early and ready to go. He was quiet enough that our slumbering children didn't know he was even in the house. The wallpaper was hung with care (multiple measurements, ensuring the wall/paint was in good shape) and incredibly efficiently. Very happy with the service, from initial call to when the serviceman left, I would highly recommend Shotcount.

Difficult to work with Some of the rudest, most aggressive contractors I have ever worked with. I will not hire them again, even though they are cheaper than many competitors, because they were so shockingly disrespectful. I would give them 1 star because of how unpleasant the experience was, but the work they ultimately did was fine, so I will give two stars to be fair.

The job was done well The job was done well. But I was rescheduled 2 times and I was given no estimate of when the workers were coming. Then the manager called me I missed like one or two calls in 20 mins and the man said he was calling for 30 mins. He didnt give them my number which makes no sense, then said they were out of the apt door which they were not. A time window would have prevented me from getting a parking ticket.

The wallpaper hanger was on time and polite and did a great job! The wallpaper hanger arrived on time, asked where I wanted the wallpaper and he was very polite and quite while I worked from home. I believe it only took a few hrs and the wallpaper looks great afterwards! My son loves it too!
