Best Place to Go for Fireplaces Workmen at our home were respectful and knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing and cleaned up afterwards. In the store the salesman was helpful and answered all of our questions. We have recommended your business to others.

Electric Fireplace worked for 1 week… Electric Fireplace worked for 1 week then started getting an error code and unit won’t work. It’s been a couple weeks since I 1st inquired about it and company not calling me back. Update: Company got back to me and replaced the unit free of charge, without having approval on manufacturer. Much appreciated

Technician was great— on time Technician was great— on time, worked hard, checked measurements several times as we were told years ago we needed$900 worth of changes as wrong size things had been installed. Very pleased and he left the house clean and fireplace able to be used.
