GBI was having trouble with one of my trees blinking on and off I was having trouble with one of my trees. I called, explained what was happening and the customer service rep sent me two possible reasons/solutions of what was causing my one tree to blink on and off. Couldn’t believe I found the problem, ordered the part simply because a company had everything on hand to help a customer out. Fantastic!

GBOur tree came quickly and my husband… Our tree came quickly and my husband and were able to install it pretty easily. It may have taken a younger person quicker to set up as we are both over 60, but out tree is up and it is breathtaking. Want another one but fairly bell does not make a tree smaller than 13 feet in the multicolor, perhaps next year?

GBBEAUTIFUL FLAGPOLE TREE We researched our options and purchased a 20ft multicolored flagpole tree for our community Christmas tree for this company. It is absolutely beautiful. The tree has an abundance of lights in a nicely patterned display. It arrived quickly once ordered and was very easy to set up. We have received numerous compliments on it. We wish it had some sort of topper (a Star maybe), but that is our only complaint. We would definitely purchase this again.

GBBest Tree ever! The website was very easy to navigate and ordering was straightforward. Everything arrived super fast and we were kept informed every step of the way. Set up was quick! The tree looks beautiful and we have had many compliments from the neighbors. Excellent experience Woohoo!!!:)

GBMaybe better luck next time. Placed my order, it indicated my order was placed. Fairybell kept sending me emails that I had not paid. I kept following their instructions “icon in upper right hand corner and enter invoice number”. I tried multiple times from phone and desktop, there was no icon. Tried going to payment page without success. Emailed customer service, no response. Called and no one ever answered.
