GBI was having trouble with one of my trees blinking on and off I was having trouble with one of my trees. I called, explained what was happening and the customer service rep sent me two possible reasons/solutions of what was causing my one tree to blink on and off. Couldn’t believe I found the problem, ordered the part simply because a company had everything on hand to help a customer out. Fantastic!

GBWe and our neighborhood loved our love our tree… We and our neighborhood loved our Christmas tree. The only change I would make is that the lights can be changed between colored and just white. We left our tree up till the end of Feb and I would of loved the lights to be only white.

GBLots of compliments Lots of compliments, not as simple to set up though due to tangling issues but not too bad after figuring out how it’s attached. I used my own flag pole, maybe next year I’ll order the fairybell flag pole to see if it makes it an easier installation.

GBI am very happy with the service I am very happy with the service I received dealing with a broken wire. I requested some suggestions as to how I could repair the wire. I received some instructions to test the wire first. After I replied that that did not solve the problem I was given instructions on how to receive a replacement panel, free of charge. I could not expect any better service.

GBIncredibly beautiful & amazing product! Wowza what an incredibly beautiful and amazing product! We’re amazed at how easy the process is to setup the tree. Yes, we first read instructions, watched the video & read reviews from other customers before attempting anything! We encourage you to do the same…trust instructions given on Fairybell’s website. Do not unpack, untie or snap/unsnap anything until instructions call for that step otherwise it can be a nightmare if you accidentally tangle up the wires!
