I ordered a vanity and once we realized it was too big for the space, we cancelled it before it arrived. Even though we didn't want it, and we had yet to receive it. Also, to make sure that we will not be charge for additional storage fee. The vanity was $714.00 (free shipping) Return Shipping Cost: ($467.14) Restocking fee 15%: ($107.00) Storage fee: ($50.00 daily) Total refund: ($90.21) Yes, that's right! - My refund is $90.21 and I don't get the vanity. I order from Houzz.com, Overstock.com, Hayneedle.com, and Wayfair.com - Never have I had this experience - DO NOT ORDER FROM MODERN BATH HOUSE MODERNBATHHOUSE.COM - There are many other BETTER places to order from. - Besides, I doubt they will be in business for much longer.

Had to send a vanity back Had to send a vanity back. Then waited for new one, which also had problems. Fixed those problems myself, vice having to go through the same too long process to get a replacement vanity. Quality of merch is poor overall.

they delayed my item for a whole week and told me my item is out of stock I feel so bad with this shopping experience with them. I placed my order in a Friday and my order status is "in process" for a whole week. I called them several times to double confirm that they do have my purchased item in stock. But after a whole week waiting, they just told me that the item is out of stock. I am so screwed up by them, since I was terribly delayed by them and have to pay contractor for extra hours now.

Went above and beyond! We were really pleased with the service we received from Modern Bath House. Our contact was Monique and she was exceptional. She helped us with all our requests: she was able to find a vanity that wasn't listed; she helped us adjust our shipping date to coincide with our construction date and best of all she gave us great pricing on all our vanities. She was quick with her responses and never kept us waiting. I highly recommend Modern Bath House and will definitely use them again. Keep up the great customer service!

Do not order from these people! Do not order from these people! I have spent about 8K on their bathroom vanities, multiple bathrooms. I am doing a massive home remodel and lost a contractor so the job got way behind thus this vanity sat in a box in my living room. When we opened it the leg was cracked. What did the manufacturer say. "I reported it outside the damage policy" You think they would appreciate the business, but no. I obviously don't damage something I spent $1,600 on!?!?! Ridiculous. No empathy. They just want your money!
