Not reliable. Not always good quality First few orders were fine. Last several have been nightmares. Gritty and dull after sublimation. Lost orders. Purchased at sale price was forced into taking new order for lost shipment at regular price. Argued for days over refund and finally placed new order at regular price. Lost a 25 item order and it was replaced with defective tumblers

I purchased tumblers on wholesale rate… I purchased tumblers on wholesale rate from Ibesin nd they arrived at my door step in 3 working days. The quality of the product was amazing and I got praised by most of my guests. It is a great idea for parties and functions. Highly recommend.

Damaged Product I purchased hookah tumblers from ibesin. The website said 4 weeks from China. After 6 weeks I started trying to contact them on my order with no response. Finally, after over 3 months my tumblers arrived. The tumblers appear to be ok, but half of the boxes are unusable due to being crumpled and smashed. I requested replacement boxes and was told that couldn't be done. I am now trying to get return/refund instructions and no response to my emails. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! This company has terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. Broken and missing lids. Company won’t return email. Haven’t been able to contact by phone. First order were great. The last 2 orders were terrible. If anyone has found a phone number that someone actually answers let me know.
