Terrible customer service Terrible customer service - EXTREMELY slow responses, it takes them multiple days at a time to respond. Unheard of for such a large company. They also only offer price-matching for 7 days, so if this short window passes and their products go on sale, you're out of luck!

Poor Quality Bought my first linen tablecloth from Cultiver some years ago. The color wasn't at all fast so you couldn't remove even minor stains without a bleaching effect. Bought a replacement and this proved to be flimsy, thin and see through. Not at all suitable for such a large tablecloth. For something so expensive, you expect better quality.

I love my new pillowcase! I love the pillowcase I ordered from Cultivar. It’s linen on one side and silk on the other. The blush color is beautiful and it looks so good on my bed. But most important is that it’s incredibly soft and comfortable and I sleep so well on it! Will definitely be purchasing more and other cultivar items!

very poor quality Purchased a flat and fitted sheet together & the dye has completely changed colors on one (after only a few washes - both items were laundered together). Additionally, the flat sheet is WAY oversized for a queen bed and hangs all the way down to the floor which looks terrible. Overall very expensive linens for poor quality & sizing. Would not purchase from Cultiver again.

I absolutely love your range of linen… I absolutely love your range of linen and think the colours are fabulous. I'm very excited to have a pale pink tablecloth and dusty pink serviettes for my next dinner party. Your staff are so lovely and extremely helpful. I'll be back and have told a few friends about your wonderful range!!
