GBBad salesman John Serafin salesman at kitchen magic created lies about the doors and even the design we picked at the time we signed the contract and gave a deposit . we found this out days later when the man who came to measure told us the door was not available for the price was told to us by that salesman John. He also lied that we didn't need to upgrade our lazy Susan component only the doors which was not correct from the measurement guy who said we had to pay more than the contracted stated. This place is a rip off they want to get your money and say anything at time of sale. BEWARE DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS!

GBWell done Callum. Great job! Callum did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it and presented a far nicer job than Kitchen Magic promised! No complaints whatsoever, Only wish they did more than just kitchens! Colin & Wendy Lewis.

GBGreat Job...Very Impressed I was very impressed with how Kitchen Magic created our new kitchen. From start to finish they made the process easy. The work and the quality of the materials was top notch, The staff and installers were friendly, helpful and professional. And, above all, the price was less then we expected.

GBPoor Quality Kitchen Cabinet Laminate Company I have had numerous problems with my kitchen cabinet renovation project with Kitchen Magic. I've had several delays (2 months) due to receiving the wrong size doors due to the bad measurements and was shipped the wrong style (cabinet door) glass. If you are an existing customer, good luck trying to reach the warranty department or any live body when calling. I always have to select #2 for new customer inquiries to reach a representative. The warranty department has only responded to me by email. I have had multiple issues with the quality of the laminate and cabinet doors. You get a limited one year warranty on labor, after that customers are charged a $300.00 labor fee for each claim. The laminate on the doors and cabinets are peeling, cracking and chipping. Kitchen Magic use low quality laminate which leave customers stuck with having to pay their high service charges to repair or replace any laminate that's damaged. It would have been more cost effective to get my cabinets professionally painted than to laminate them with poor quality "laminate" materials that's falling apart after one year.

GBCustomer service purposely lied to me… Customer service purposely lied to me about a appointment that she said she made but didn't because they gave me a quote and then they wanted to charge me more. If they really wanted to keep there customers happy they would have honered there quote, but they didn't care
