GBonce purchased I got several follow up… once purchased I got several follow up emails and phone call just to ensure the purchaser is well prepared. Very friendly woman from customer service explaining in details the whole delivery process and approximate time line. I was impressed, well done.

GBThe hot tub we received was much… The hot tub we received was much smaller than anticipated. I feel it was smaller than the dimensions stated and definitely cannot fit 5 people as stated on the specifications. It is 3 people, max! I would not purchase this again. Instead of blaming the customer, maybe clarify on your website. Additionally, the return process is a huge pain! We will be upgrading this small tub down the road, but not with AquaLife given the experience & response.

GBThe hot tub was broken when it got here… The hot tub was broken when it got here and it still broke. The technician finally came and said it needed more work than I thought. Now I have to wait longer to use my hot tub because waiting for parts. I think since I have to wait I should get some extra things like steps and pillows

GBBuyers remorse The people I spoke with were very nice. Shipment was much longer than claimed. I don’t have buyers remorse often. But I do with this hot tub. If I had seen it in person I would not have purchased it. If you are short it’s a fine depth. But my husband is not. It is a giant tub that is hot. But not worth the money we spent.
