GBAwesome Stove Fan! I bought two stove fans at Premium Appliances. I am thrilled with the quality of the fan and the price is very affordable. I am also very happy with the service. When they ship the products, they call my cell phone letting me know. I thought that was very nice and personable.

GBGreat Customer Service I ordered a kitchen hood 8 months ago and was very pleased. Unfortunately an earthquake damaged it along with a good portion of my kitchen. I called them and Byron helped me figure out what part I needed and got me in touch with the manufacturer to order the correct parts. I was pleasently surprised as he could of just said "sorry I don't know".

GBGood product Went into some inventory issues they didn't have it in the beginning. took a little longer to get delivered, but everything works fine

GBbad experience By the time I had my custom oven installed it was past the 30 day return. It did not even turn on. It doesn't matter if you have any kind of parts warranty, because there is no one who will work on them. Buyer Beware. Bad customer service.
