They arrived well packaged in a timely… They arrived well packaged in a timely manner. I have to say they are some serious eye candy! Just gorgeous! I would have given 4.5 stars, but that’s not an option. My only deduction would be for sharpness. While they are certainly sharp enough to use for ordinary kitchen use right out of the box I expected them to be just a bit more sharp. It didn’t take much to get them up to where I thought they ought to be though. Overall I love them!

We absolutely love our knife set from… We absolutely love our knife set from Folded Steel! I use the knives almost daily. They perform great, and it just feels good to be using such quality tools when my wife and I cook. We also have the magnetic wood stand, and receive quite a few compliments because they are beautiful (we have the Dahlia set). A recommended companion re a knife sharpener - I love the Lansky system. Thank you Folded Steel - we are fans!

Customer service was great Customer service was great, super responsive and quick. Got the 8" Lotus, the blade itself was very nice although thickness of the main body is thicker than I expected so I'll be using it for jobs that require less precision. Also there was a C.O.D. that I needed to complete before I could receive my knife. It was the first time I've encountered that so I was just surprised.

A fine Damascus tool for a rustic wedding… I have been looking for a fine Damascus tool to use for a cake cutting knife at my upcoming wedding ceremony that looked like it might be in place in a 1700-1840's environment (long story; another time). I tried 4 knifes on 3 different cake styles. I like Dahlia Carver-Slicer the best. I like the feel of the blade and how it handles, even when not cutting cakes. Nice around the grill. Nicely balanced.

I got my butcher knife set for Father's… I got my butcher knife set for Father's day and I think they are more awesome in my hands than in the pictures all though a bit to pricey I am a chef by trade and will be putting them to the test big-time I think if you would take off $100 off the steak knife set n board I would buy it in a heartbeat to make the set complete.
