This is my second time using cabinet and will my the last This is my second time using cabinet giant. The first time was seamless, this second time has been a nightmare. Almost every single one of my cabinets I ordered have had some kind of damage to them. I took pictures and documented everything. I have tried reaching out the company multiple times with zero replies about my issues. Overall, the cabinets look nice but there are a ton of cosmetic flaws that should not be there with buying brand new cabinets!! Half the directions were missing or we were given the wrong directions and we had to YouTube how to assemble a few cabinets. Some holes didn’t line up and my husband had to realign and re-drill new holes. I am beyond frustrated with the company and will definitely not be recommending them like I was based off of our first experience.

She always pays careful attention to small things like fillers, scribe molding, accent pieces, etc. to make sure the job comes out looking complete and professional. The prices are fair, the turnaround time is usually very good, even if you're working with a special order cabinet. All in all, wouldn't hesitate to buy here again (as I have about a dozen times already), or to refer them. Definitely ask for Donna!

Did as they said Did as they said, however the pantry cabinets must of been from a different batch as door spacing to Tom was lower. One cabinet damaged on side, was not an issue as in seen after install. Drawer install required spacers for side, no instruction as such and had to rip our own. Still a great deal an I will purchase for next project.

Like the fact that these cabinets offer many options to customize the lay out. Many thanks to Linnea in the design department who offered some great suggestions. These cabinets are very nice from the plywood sides, hardwood frames and very nice finish. People are great to deal with from ordering to taking care of problems. Would highly recommend CG for any Kitchen upgrade. only complaint assemble instruction are poor the videos help a lot.
