Amazed Plumber! Even my plumber was amazed at the quality of my bathroom faucet. When leaving my home after installation, he asked me, "what was the name of that website again"? He even wrote it down so he would remember. He mentioned that it was a pleasure to install because of its high quality. I have ordered from e-faucets before and have never been disappointed. Only giving four stars because the shower trim took an extra week to arrive, and then the heavy handle was floating around in the box banging other pieces. Amazingly nothing was scratched or dented! The packaging issue was in the Moen box, probably not eFaucets fault.

1) Customer service 1) Customer service, when I called, was excellent and the lady who assisted me, was very fluent in the product and helpful. 2) Shipment, as promised, arrived the following day. Perfect. 3) Bug: They shipped one extra sink and I, mistakingly, ordered 2 of what I needed, rather than 1. 4) Working out resolution now, but I am impressed by the way they do business.

Everything positive Our experiences with eFaucets have been nothing but positive. Their selection and prices are great and service afterward even better. We had purchased a Kohler tub/shower trim package, which arrived quickly, but I was unable to get it to fit properly. Emily in Customer Service proved quite knowledgeable about their products, assisted in the purchase of a replacement kit, and return and refund of the original one.

Quick and painless Item arrived as scheduled, on a pallet. I wasn’t home and missed the delivery scheduling call but it was not damaged and looks great. Quick turnaround time, price was comparable but no tax and shipping makes a big difference!
