thieves.. they take advantage of the fact that most peope are used to a decent return policy. Their policy is not to take RETURNS for anything that is opened. How would you know an item is good or bad until you open it? and it is very clear that their own employees or affiliates have written reviews here. the sad part is most poeple who buy from metrokitchen will not know their reputation in advance

fast shipment good service I do ecommerce and have purchased countless units from metrokitchen. Likely over 10,000 in items, all with no issues. All ship same or next day. One single order had a shipment issue which they were happy to resolve w a refund. Not sure why the reviews are poor all good from me.
