The towels are lovely but UPS charged… The towels are lovely but UPS charged me $61 online for import fees, then again $66 when I went to pick it up. Consider this before buying as I was never informed anywhere that there may be import charges, especially not $120.

Towel set Order two bath towel sets, unfortunately lost one in the mail. Contacted customer service, within two days the easily replaced the one that was lost. Great customer service really makes a difference nowadays! Will order again in the future if I need again!
