GBI started out first by ordering 9 inch… I started out first by ordering 9 inch frying pan and used it for a couple of weeks and loved the pan very much. Then I ordered 11 inch sauce pan, received my order and ran into a little snag. I email prime cook and the issue was resolved in less than one week. Angelo responds immediately to all my emails. AWESOME cookware and customer service. Would recommend this cookware. Don't hesitate to buy this cookware!! Janet
