“The Butcher” knife is fantastic… The Butcher knife is fantastic… Similar to the Loki, in balance and sharpness…it is certainly more serious looking! If you are looking for a beautiful, serious, hard-core, kick-booty, kind of a knife…this is it. We are still learning how to use it… my husband’s words “ yes. This is good.”

I bought the Loki during the buy 2 get… I bought the Loki during the buy 2 get a third free promo. We kept one for ourselves and gave the other 2 to our 2 sons. This knife is just awesome. I haven't used another knife in the kitchen since we bought our Loki. I used it for everything from chicken to cheese to veggies even tomatoes! I don't know how long the edge lasts before needing sharpened because it cuts as good today as it did out of the box! Highly recommended! Still razor sharp, I love this knife!

My knew favorite knife! I’ve used the knife on a rear leg quarter of a deer, brisket and veggies and so far it’s amazing. I did buy the Northern Knife sharpener and I sharpen prior to every use. Both work great. The knife also looks pretty bad ass too. I plan on buying more knives from here in the future too

Customer support is essential when ordering online and these guys do it very well. i lost track of my package and they responded to every one of my emails within the day. the knife is so sharp, and I love the weight of it.
