I submitted an email request asking if we could change our order to take advantage of this offer about 20-30 minutes after submitting our original order and without hesitation, they updated our order. They not only sent the first package to whom it was originally intended for but sent us the second one to us with no additional shipping charges. Great product and great communication. We have a champagne cork remover and wanted to buy for friends. We looked at the name on ours, found the company online and ordered two. Champagne Opener I recently ordered The Champagne Opener Twin Pack as I needed an opener that would work on those pesky, hard plastic, champagne corks. I thought I was going to have to give up my favorite champagne because I had trouble getting the cork out. I immediately went out and bought a bottle to try the openers and I couldn't believe how easily the plastic cork came out. I am totally impressed at how well these openers work.

On their order form they do not have an… On their order form they do not have an address box so I had to email them back and tell that they don’t have my complete address. The product eventually arrived and it works great.
