Excellent customer service on refund My order was placed on line over a weekend. First thing Monday morning I received an email telling me my tile was on back order and would not be available until at least July. I appreciate the prompt customer service. As I need my tile prior to this date I ended up canceling my order. The order was refunded promptly. Although I cannot speak to the product, I do say the customer service was excellent. Even when it came to canceling business. I would recommend this company based on this service.

I did receive three damaged tiles(not the fault of Home Decor AZ)and Cindy put a damage claim in right away to have them replaced. I received the replacement tiles just days later! Ordered Soci Pencil Edging on a Sunday… Ordered Soci Pencil Edging on a Sunday evening, and received it Friday afternoon via FedEx Ground from Soci warehouse in Texas. Emails for order confirmation, shipping notification, and delivery would have been much appreciated. I ordered but other than the charge and the order confirmation page, no idea they actually received and shipped - but they did. End of the day, I got what I wanted and in a very timely fashion. Quick Replacement of Damaged Items Although my order arrived damaged, they worked quickly to get everything replaced. As far as the customer service goes; absolutely 5 stars. They were very responsive and courteous, righting the situation quickly and efficiently. I only gave them 4 stars however, because the original order arrived from AZ very poorly packed, which resulted in every sheet of tile being damaged upon arrival. The replacements came directly from the manufacturer, and were packed much, much better.
