Stellar Service and Product My recent experience with RTC was phenomenal. I ordered online for in store pickup, but accidentally checked something wrong. I received a phone call from a very sweet lady who clarified with me that I in fact wanted in store pick up. The communication was so personal, and really displayed the kind of customer service of a local business that cares about its customers. Also, the blanket that I purchased was a gift, and it far exceeded my expectations. It’s the softest Mexican blanket that I have ever felt! Now I need to purchase one for me!
