It is so easy to now sprinkle flour (or sugar/cinnamon/powdered sugar) just where I need it (and NOT over the whole work space). It is especially convenient when I am going to knead bread since I can now sprinkle the flour on the area instead of trying to spread it (clumpily) by hand.

Unique, well-made tools for my kitchen I have been enjoying Kitchen Soufflé and its tools and recipes for a couple of years now. All the tools are unique, very well-made, and work exceptionally well. Latest of my tools is the pie crust rolling mat— a definite assistant in making my family’s holiday pies! I enjoy giving them as gifts to my daughter who is a personal chef. Decent products, but company not reliable Only received 2 of the 7 items I ordered, but my credit card was charged the full amount of $121. I have tried reaching the company several times to no avail, no response at all. I Like the products they offer, but the company does not seem to be very professional or trustworthy. Beware!

Kitchen Souffle has quality and affordable wrapped up! innovative… Kitchen Souffle has quality innovative affordable items to update your cooking tools for everything from mixing dough, to less paper waste filters for coffee, to cast iron cleanup... Don't settle for expensive or second rate inferior products that you'll be replacing. I have some well made kitchen helpers that were made in 1940's. Why? Like new and made of steel. Unbreakable, easy to clean, practical, and nothing else has been better. Kitchen Souffle has ideas that will last!

I would never do business with… I would never do business with kitchensouffle again. Never! I ordered the whisk almost two months ago. I have been billed and I have remitted payment; foolishly. I have emailed customer service several times only to be told it shipped. Last communication once again said shipped. Still not even a tracking number. I have requested a refund and was told it was impossible as it has shipped. Really? Customer service is inefficient and amateurish. What a giant hassle over a whisk!
