Great Prices! I used factory plaza for my new kitchen and I absolutely love it! My new countertops are beautiful and were installed very quickly after ordering. We worked with Natalia and she made the process of picking out colors to match our cabinets very easy and helped us figure out how we wanted our final countertops to look like. Remodeling a kitchen can be so stressful and im glad Factory Plaza could make it so easy.

Factory Plaza was GREAT Factory Plaza was GREAT, and we are very pleased. We ended up choosing a different granite slab from a supplier rather than the showroom; Factory Plaza was extremely accommodating, easy to work with, and they did not price gouge. Additionally, we had an issue that I wished to speak to an owner about; she returned our call within minutes and assured us of their commitment to the customer. We couldn't have been more pleased. The installers were professional. We will use Factory Plaza again soon for our downstairs kitchen.

Poor experience with staff Price was good. Personnel was rude. Person who came to measure was rude and hard to understand. He entered my house without authorization when we were not home. What he said conflicted with what the office had told us about the process and about their sinks. Installer made an antisemtic remark.

Excellent experience I don't write many reviews but I feel I need to write this one. My experience with Factory Plaza was excellent from beginning to end. My salesman, Ryan, was personable, professional and patient. I feel I got very a competitively priced product in a very timely manner. They hit their timelines perfectly. When it came time for installation, I was notified when they were to arrive and they arrived at that time exactly. Installation went smoothly and accurately. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
