GBA human being answered the phone! I had questions and I made 2 phone calls. A human being actually answered both calls and they were very helpful. (I could understand them, also). Everything has arrived and packaged beautifully. Will have to do a second review once everything is installed and I am actually using the shower head. Hopefully it will be as good as the initial impression.
