Empava-48JT011 Tub I recently ordered an Empava bathtub and was thoroughly impressed by their impeccable service. The shipping was fast. The bathtub is beautiful but unfortunately during shipment a small crack occurred. I cannot say enough good things about how their customer service responded fast and addressed the issues to my satisfaction. They are outstanding! I would highly recommend them.

Color option Diferent color is offered but consumer have to remove and install the kit and not all details are in the same color, end up having a gold and silver bath tub instead of a single uniform color. Shower handle is made of cheap plastic even though it cost extra 300 dlls for the diferent color.

A first class experience in every respect ! Arrived well packaged, on time, no damage whatsoever. Tested everything after install - no leaks. Fixtures are of good quality, so are the molded body and side panels. I highly recommend the company and product

Great product - poor shipping experience Very knowledeable sales staff, Great product that is well designed and made. Our only complaint was with the shipping company who had poor tracking and took longer than they promised to deliver.
