He was extremely quick and knowledgeable about assembling our furniture. He also helped clean up and bring the old furniture downstairs for us. I will definitely use this service again

GBI am stunned that this company gets… I am stunned that this company gets positive reviews. They don't vet their contractors and do not allow them to provide estimates up front. You essentially have to "self-estimate" and get charged a flat rate. We needed plumbing services to unclog some pipes (~2 hours of work minimum). The tech came about 1 hour late, wreaking of alcohol, and spent about 10 minutes looking at the problem only to tell us "we need a professional". To make matters worse, the tech asked my wife if "her grandchildren" clogged the pipes. We aren't even of the age to have grandchildren. Needless to say, my wife was deeply insulted. We essentially paid $200 for a job that wasn't even attempted. The plumber Handy sent out probably wasn't even licensed. If that wasn't bad enough, Handy refused to process a refund, offering a $35 credit to our account for the next "service". Run, don't walk, away from this company. It's a complete scam.
