Quality materials and quality service Really easy to use service. They sent samples to help you decide but i popped to the showroom to have a look to. The samples were a slightly different colour to the larger samples but give you a great idea of what you would be getting. Once we had confirmed the worktop we wanted, the specialist came to measure the worktop and then gave recommendations on the fitting and the look. Once confirmed it wasnt long until the worktop was ordered and installed (lead times for different worktops vary). It looks so good! We have had a bunch of compliments already.

Great working attitude Great working attitude, polite and well mannered installers. Only one thing, when glue and sealant is being used along with tools, installers could place them in a place other than top of new surface. Afterwards, the cleaning would be some what easier. But all in all, very pleased with communications and whole process to finish product.

Finishing not as expected In general the worktops look nite. But after instalation they don't look great. I can see silicone fingers everywhere and little bits undane or dune quickly. It does not look ten stars. Moreover when it gets steam while cooking I can see lines everywhere. Not sure if it's the instalation or the quality.

Great product but careless install Great product. Wonderful service by phone staff. Surveyor was eye wateringly expensive, as were the 3 fitters. I was not very impressed by the fitters, who could have taken more care, in several ways
