He was incredibly humble, patient, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which instilled trust in us. The windows we purchased have been fantastic - easy to use, easy to clean, and they seem to be helping keep our house warmer. Overall, we are very satisfied with our purchase and the service provided. Highly recommend

Overall very happy We are extremely happy with how our kitchen remodel turned out. Capital Remodeling’s employees were very responsive any time there was a question or concern on our end. The work looks very professional. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because on demo day, I was having to answer questions that I did not feel comfortable answering (i.e. should this wall be torn down? Where is the refrigerator going to be? etc) & I felt like if a pre-project meeting was had, there should have been no need for those questions (at least not directed towards the customer). But after bringing these concerns up to my point of contact at the office, Vanessa, we never had another issue. Overall, very happy with Capital Remodeling and would recommend them to friends and family.

Positive customer experience from start to finish. Smooth workflow from the initial visit from the salesperson to the completion of the windows installation. The salesperson detailed the product and work to be completed. He shared with us the variety of products and prices along with a comparsion pricing and quality of competitors. The work was done on the day scheduled and within the timeframe promised. The windows look great, giving the exterior of the house a clean new look, and the energy efficiency is noticeable. We love our new window.

Very good experience with Capital… Very good experience with Capital Remodeling for our window replacement. Although the order took many weeks - installation was efficient and done in 1 day. Our home was cleaned up as if nothing happened. I noticed about a month later one window (out of 30) had a small defect in the glass. I provided the custom window serial number to Customer Service and it was replaced a couple weeks later without issues. Recommended.
