100% satisfaction guarantee not honored When I ordered, there was a drop-down that said “frame”. They did not mean frame but meant stretcher with a mounted canvas. Because of how it was labeled, I did not order a “frame” but assumed it was on a stretcher. I called their customer service and asked how to remedy it, and they said that they could not. I then asked what their stated “100% satisfaction guaranteed” meant and they replied it was only for the painting itself. Some guarantee. I would be wary of this company.

Always had a thing for painting. Got my kit and it had everything I needed. proper chuffed! Started painting and honestly all the stress just melted away as I got stuck into my canvas. Absolutely buzzed watching my Pop Art Girl come to life bit by bit. I actually painted her! Really liked it. Chatting to the folks at paint by canvas was top too! Definitely grabbing another kit. Cheers for an ace experience. Would totally recommend!

I initially chose a picture that wouldn't have turned out well, and I was contacted with a recommendation (and advice) to choose a new picture. My product was delivered promptly, and when it arrived, I was amazed at the quality! This was a Christmas gift, and I am excited to see how it looks when it is finished!

Very late delivery Bought 4th December with a delivery date way before Christmas. No real apology, offer of a refund etc that this didn’t arrive for Christmas as promised (it was a present for my sister.) Finally delivered 29th Dec. Box was damaged and doesn’t actually seem to fit the canvas, paints and everything in properly. The product looks good, it’s just such a shame that the delivery was so late and the appearance was not good enough for a gift.

Delayed - Like is the case with several other… Like is the case with several other recent reviews, our order has been substantially delayed and did not arrive in time for Christmas despite being ordered well in advance. Tracking information has indicated that it has been in US Customs in LA for 2 weeks. Company has not responded to numerous inquiries except with a form e-mail. Not sure if this a legit company. Definitely would not recommend.
